Hired them to move and store my furniture during a home building process in July, 2024. In Dec, 2024 during the move the damaged a new 20ML LVP floor that was installed 3 weeks prior to my move. Horrible customer service when an issue arose due to damage to property during the move processes. Af...
the worst customer service ever.... rude and not willing to work ... the staff are good ... prices are higher the quoted .... couldn't continue the job .... had to hire another company to finish this mess
I hired Dearman 7 month ago and they damaged my items during the move. I made numerous attempts to rectify the situation with Dearman and their insurance claims office and NOTHING! They kept giving me the run around...they needed photos, a written statement and still nothing!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Their employees that quote jobs LIE!
