Unprofessional and unreliable. Confirmed our move several times with Hercules, but on the day of the move, the crew arrived late, did a walk-through, then just drove off without saying anything. We later found out they claimed they didn't have enough movers, even though all 3 hired movers were there...
Please don't book with them. I didn't receive a confirmation call prior to the scheduled appointment. Keep in mind I scheduled this over a month in advance.
