FragilePak apparently contracted with these folks to deliver the dryer that was coming from a Brooklyn, NY warehouse. I did receive an email, phone call and text the day before with my 4 hour delivery time window. I did receive a telephone call from the driver that he would be there in 30 minutes.....

Extremely shady company. I'm shocked Costco uses them as their delivery go-between. They are probably unaware of the runaround this "business" is giving people. The delivery men kept asking for more money to carry the package an extra 20 feet. I would not recommend them to anyone.
